    I had a phone consultation with him. He listened and explained thoroughly what he could try to do if I hired him. Upon listening to him I knew he was the one for my case. I hired him. Since I was not from the Bowling Green area. I needed a local attorney. He took care of the behind-the-scenes legal work and would appear in district court. His assistant, Michelle, was efficient in emailing paperwork to sign and proceed. She was always available to take my calls. He appeared with me in court. The Judge made a point to instruct and educate me on Attorney Mark Smith. She stated I had a great lawyer. He worked and assisted me with a resolution for myself and the Simpson County District Court. I definitely recommend him to anyone in The Bowling Green area and surrounding counties. Hopefully, I will not need him in the future. I would choose him again if needed. To some, they would not hire a lawyer for a citation. The two I received were serious matters. I did not want points taken away or to have an incident on my insurance records. This was one-of-the best connections I made. He is well worth the money.
